Terms & Conditions

• All direct bookings begin as a request and are confirmed after approval, verification, and payment.
• A deposit of 20% is required to secure an approved booking.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• The primary booker must complete identity verification, the rental agreement, and the required guest list before arrival.
• Overnight guest numbers must match the confirmed guest list.
• Documented damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, and similar losses may be charged.
• The separate garage studio is not included unless approved and may be used by the host as needed.

Once approved, a deposit is required to confirm your stay.

• The remaining balance may be paid early through the booking portal at any time after required booking steps are complete.
• All pricing is in Canadian dollars (CAD).

We may decline or cancel a request before or after confirmation if details cannot be reasonably verified, availability changes, or the stay is not aligned with the intended use of the property.

• For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit remains non-refundable.
• If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
• Change requests for dates, stay length, or guest count are subject to availability and approval.
• Guest list change requests may be submitted until 7 days before arrival.
• Other booking change requests may be submitted until 30 days before arrival.
• No refunds are available for removed guests after final payment.
• Approved changes do not alter cancellation terms.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Before arrival, the primary booker must complete all required booking details through the secure booking portal.

• Primary guest identity verification
• Rental agreement acceptance
• Full names of all overnight guests
• Any additional authorization or supporting details reasonably requested

Verification and booking details must be completed within the requested timeframe before arrival.

If required information is missing, cannot be reasonably validated, or raises a material review issue, we may delay check-in, withhold access, or cancel the reservation under these terms.

Minor name variations, nicknames, or small typographical differences may be reviewed without automatically blocking the stay.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Arrival details are released after required payment and booking steps are complete.
• Early arrival, late departure, or luggage requests may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed and should be requested in advance.
• Guests should leave the home in tidy condition, remove personal belongings, and report any unusual issue before departure.

• The number of overnight guests must match the confirmed guest list.
• Only registered guests may access or stay at the property unless approved in advance.
• Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.
• Quiet hours must be respected.
• The primary booker is responsible for all guests, conduct, and any policy breaches during the stay.

If the use of the property is not aligned with the booking terms, we may intervene, restrict access, or terminate the stay where reasonably necessary.

The primary booker accepts responsibility for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, policy breaches, and other reasonable stay-related losses.

• Charges may be assessed at reasonable fair-market repair or replacement cost, including a similar item at the host’s discretion if needed.
• By completing the booking, the primary booker authorizes the saved payment method to be charged without further notice for documented damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, policy breaches, or related losses.
• We may also document, invoice, and pursue recovery through other lawful means where necessary.
• Failure to report damage or issues during the stay may result in additional charges if problems are identified after departure.

Prompt communication is always appreciated and helps resolve issues fairly and quickly.

The property includes a separate garage studio. Studio access is not included unless specifically approved.

• The host may access and use the studio as needed, with or without others, without prior notice.
• Noise may occasionally be present, though quiet hours are respected.
• If you need specific quiet time, or would like to request studio use or engineering support through Taran Guest Productions, please make that known at the time of booking.
• Any approved studio use remains subject to separate instructions, timing, and availability.

• Guests use the property at their own risk and are responsible for supervising all members of their group at all times.
• Any area not explicitly included in the booking should be considered private or restricted unless confirmed otherwise.
• We may access the property where reasonably necessary for emergency response, urgent maintenance, security concerns, studio access, or protection of the property and guests.
• Exterior monitoring may be used at entry or access points for safety and property monitoring. There are no cameras inside guest living spaces.
